Ability Links

Ability Links NSW Coordinators, known as Linkers, work closely with people with disability, their families and carers to support them to fulfil their goals, hopes and dreams.

Access to Care​

Access to Care provides individualised support to people with disabilities and their families which is culturally responsive to their needs by giving them the​ ‘Choice and Control” in receiving services to achieve their goals of health and well-being.​

Accommodation and Care Solutions (ACARES)

ACARES is a disability care provider with a primary focus on providing tailored care to people with complex needs from: Spinal cord injuries, Acquired Brain Injuries and other physical disabilities needing support with their personal care, therapy assistance, community access, meal planning and preparation. ACARES services can be located all over metro/regional NSW. Our services cover: ICARE, NDIS and Self funded participants.


Offers a wide range of supports that cover all core aspects of live: community, living, work, education and health.

Australian Tinnitus As​sociation (ATA)

Provides support and counselling to tinnitus sufferers.

Better Hearing Australia

Provides an Australia-wide community support service of rehabilitation and help for people with hearing impairment.

Breakthru Employment Services

Specialises in disability services, mental health support, training and employment. 


Work. Learn. Connect. is a multi-functional complex for intellectually disabled adults in the Canterbury Bankstown district. At Centacare we offer services that are funded out of our participants’ NDIS packages. The range of services we provide include supported employment, School Leavers Employment Supports (SLES), Life Skills training and social programs. We offer business services including, packing and assembly, security shredding, mail packing, garden maintenance and office cleaning. 

Chinese Association of S​ocial Services (CASS)

CASS Group Homes provides housing and support services to people with intellectual disability in a friendly community setting.​

Chinese Parents Association – Children With Disabilities Inc.​

CPA offers various kinds of educational programs, social functions, seminars, spo​rts and leisure activities, picnics and camping, and case work to the parents and their children with disabilities, and the community, especially to people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds (people from Asian countries).  Most of the services are run solely by volunteers, or professionals.​

Provides support for people with disabilities and their families through innovative, responsive and flexible services to support individual goals, positive relationships, and wellbeing. 

Deaf Society of NSW

Provides a wide range of social services programs for deaf people.

Dementia Australia

Represents people living with dementia; and their families and carers.

Disability Services Australia

Provides opportunities for choice, inclusion and achievement at home, in the community, through education and in employment.​

Easy iCare

Easy iCare are a Disability Support Agency, providing Core Supports for people under the NDIS, as well as privately.

Fair Go Care Services​​

Our Services are based in Ashbury, suburb of Canterbury Bankstown council and has a network of skilled staff to service elderly and people with disability. Our services include personal care, domestic assistance, home cleaning & yard maintenance, community participation, support for attending appointments, respite & NDIS services.​

Flourish Australia

Flourish Australia has decades of experience in helping people who have a lived experience of mental health issues to live contributing lives in the community. Finding a job that is right for you may take a combination of things. Flourish Australia can assist with everything from helping you get your skills up-to-date, right through to assisting you to find full or part-time work in open employment.

Guide Dogs NSW/ACT

Provides a range of mobility and orientation services to people with vision impairment including cane training, guide dogs and sighted guide training. ​


An online platform for people with disability to find, hire and manage support workers who fit their needs and share their interests.

Home Care Heroes

Home Care Heroes is a support and companionship service aimed at combating social isolation for people who are unwell or feeling lonely due to ageing, illness or disability.  Home Care Heroes offer companionship, core supports, capacity building (e.g. mentoring, budgeting, transport), sleepovers, mentorship, and a helping hand for anyone aged 8+. They are a registered NDIS approved provider and offer private funding through My Aged Care or via your nominated bank account. They also offer a range of community programs such as Community Connect Initiatives, Be Connected (digital skills training for those 50+) and the Youth Employment Innovation Challenge (training & mentor program for 18 - 24 yr olds).

Jobs R Us​

Jobs R Us is a registered NDIS provider delivering specialised employment support for participants to access and maintain employment. We provide training, social skills, work experience, supportive employment opportunities and direct employment opportunities. JRU also provides self employment opportunities to support participants to access their desired goals regardless of the industry. Support as personalised as your goals.​


A children’s service offering services to mainstream children as well as those with disabilities.

L'Arche Australia

Service consists of a number of households and independent flats. People with disability and a support team of Assistants live and work alongside each other.

Provides support and information to people with all types of motor neurone disease. 

Northcott Disability Services (Roselands)

Organisation that offers school leavers with a disability flexible, innovative and highly individualised service.

Paraplegic and Quadriplegic A​ssociation of NSW (PARAQ​UAD)​

Provides a range of services to people with paraplegia, quadriplegia and related disabilities through their community services program. 

Pearl Care Services

Pearl Care Services provide accommodation/tenancy support, personal mobility equipment, travel assistance, home modifications, recreational assistive equipment, community nursing care, community participation, assistance with household tasks, communication equipment, custom prosthetics and plan management services.

Recreation Sports and Aquatic Club (RSAC)

Community based organisation which provides sports training, activities, recreation, participation, social opportunities and support to people with a disability. ​

Relationships Au​stralia​

Provides relationship support services to enhance human and family relationships.

Supports people to develop social and friendship skills; as well as relationships and sexuality knowledge and awareness.

A self-help organisation offering friendship and understanding to bereaved parents, siblings and grandparents.

The Disability Trust

Specialises in Disability Services: Flexible Supports/ Day Programs, School Leaver Employment Support, Sport + Recreation and Social Programs, Clinical and Therapy Services, Supported Housing, Support Coordination, Vacation Care and Saturday Kids, and Trusted Travel holidays. 

Vision Australia

Assists children and adults who are blind or vision-impaired by providing information, technical aids, advice, and employment assistance. ​

Wesley Mission - Disability Support

Wesley Mission Disability Services are supporting people with disability to achieve their goals in more ways than ever. Their services include housing options, life skills training, help finding employment, in-home support, home modifications and much more.​
