Council has recently adopted its new Youth Action Plan 2020-2024.

This is a strategic document which highlights a number of priorities and recommended actions for Council to work towards to achieve the best outcomes for local youth.

With over 65,000 young people in our City, young people are a valuable part of our community and contribute in a range of ways; they are active members of local community, cultural, creative and sporting groups, volunteers, students and workers. Council plays a lead role in ensuring young people are supported, resilient and connected to their community.

If you want to find out more about the Plan’s recommended priorities and objectives, get in touch with Council’s Youth Team by calling (02) 9707 5587 or you can view the Canterbury-Bankstown Youth Action Plan 2020-2024 here
