​About this Hall

This hall has a large stage and is located within the Bankstown Senior Citizens' Centre. It is situated within 5-10 minutes walking distance from the Bankstown Train Station. A community kitchen is operated out of this centre during the week and is separate to the Hall.

Location: 7 West Terrace, Bankstown NSW 2200

Maximum Capacity: 120 people

Facilities: Kitchen with fridge, boiling water zip system, stove, oven, microwave. Men and women's Toilets.

Air-conditioning: Yes

Room equipment: 25 Tables and 120 Chairs. Wooden floorboards. Hirers must supply all their own cutlery, plates, glasses and table cloths.

PA system: A basic PA system with a headphone jack that plugs into your device. A microphone outlet is provided and a microphone can be requested with hall hire.

Wi Fi Access: No

Accessibility: Ramp to front door. Accessible toilet.

Parking: Council car park located behind the venue and some on street parking.

  • Sunday to Thursday: 8am-10pm 
  • Friday and Saturday: 8am–midnight

Hire Charges​​​

Conditions of Use

All set up and pack down needs to be completed within the hire times. The hirer must leave the hall clean and tidy as they found it. No amusement devices are permitted inside the hall. Hirers must keep noise to a minimum when arriving, and leaving the premises. Damage to property or an unclean hall will lead to money being deducted from the bond. Entering and exiting the hall outside hire times will incur fines.

Bookings are not taken over the phone, they are only accepted by ​submitting a completed application form with full payment of all bond and hire fees. Download the Casual Hall Hire Application Form and return to council via the email: hallbookings@cbcity.nsw.gov.au.
