Greenacre Citizens Centre is a fantastic Centre for a range of activities and functions. It can seat 150 people. It is one of council's largest halls. It has a large carpark directly out the front of the hall and is completely accessible. It has a large kitchen and wooden floor boards.
Location: 202 Waterloo Road, Greenacre NSW 2190 Maximum Capacity: 150 people Facilities: A large kitchen with a fridge, stove, oven and microwave. There is a zip boiling hot water system. Air-conditioning: Yes. Room equipment: 26 tables and 150 Chairs. Wooden floorboards. Hirers must supply all their own cutlery, plates, glasses and table cloths. PA system: Yes. A headphone jack is connected to a boxed PA. Wi Fi Access: No Accessibility: Accessible toilets and wheelchair access to venue as it is on the ground level. Parking: Carpark out the front. Parking also available on the street.

Hire Charges
All set up and pack down needs to be completed within the hire times. The hirer must leave the hall clean and tidy as they found it. No amusement devices are permitted inside the hall. Hirers must keep noise to a minimum when arriving, and leaving the premises. Damage to property or an unclean hall will lead to money being deducted from the bond. Entering and exiting the hall outside hire times will incur fines.

No bookings are taken over the phone and bookings are only accepted on submitting a completed application form with full payment of all bond and hire fees. Download the Casual Hall Hire Application Form and return to council via email: hallbookings@cbcity.nsw.gov.au.
