The parent organisation is the Canterbury Earlwood Caring Association Limited (CECAL).
It acts as a community/neighbourhood centre and offers a range of services including:
Information & Referral, Social Support Programs, Community Visit Scheme, Volunteering, Playgroups, Parenting Information Sessions, Counselling for parents, Walking group for parents, Day Care programs for seniors, frail aged and people with disabilities, Greek Women's Group (in partnership with the Greek Welfare Centre), English classes, Adult Leisure Learning Classes, the Earlwood Art Group, Computer classes, Yoga classes for adults, Yoga classes for children and families, Tai Chi, Men’s Group, Bi monthly Social bus trips.
CECAL produces a Newsletter, Caring News quarterly, to distribute to CECAL members and clients and local organisations.
CECAL has a hall available to hire for a variety of purposes including exhibitions; drama, dance, exercise, martial arts and art based programs and community meetings and workshops.
The hire of the hall includes use of table, chairs, kitchen and toilets.
The hall will comfortably sit 60 - 70 people.
