Join us at Campsie Library for our Tai Chi class for Seniors!

Tai Chi is a gentle exercise that improves your flexibility, strength and balance. People over 55 years are welcome to join the class!

When: Every Tuesday

Where: Campsie Library and Knowledge Centre, 14-28 Amy Street, Campsie
