  • To make an appointment, call 9707 9000 Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
  • Available appointment times are between 9am-3.30pm


Conditions of entry:

  • Always wear your mask while indoors
  • Check in upon arrival using the Service NSW QR code
  • Practice good hygiene. Please stay home if you are feeling unwell or have flu like symptoms
  • Keep a safe distance - the current rules are 1 person per 4sqm for indoor facilities and 1 person per 2sqm for outdoor locations
