Canterbury Local Environmental Plan 2012

The Canterbury Local Environmental Plan 2012 was the former Canterbury City Council's principal planning document to regulate effective and orderly development in the former Canterbury LGA. The LEP provided objectives, zones and development standards such as lot sizes, floor space ratios and building heights.

Canterbury Development Control Plan 2012

The Canterbury Development Control Plan 2012 supported the LEP by providing additional objectives and development controls to enhance the function and appearance of development in the former Canterbury LGA. The development controls included storey limits, setbacks, urban design, amenity, landscaping, access and parking.
