​A new, modern play space at Paul Keating Park will be a unique destination at the heart of Bankstown’s civic precinct. A new, modern play space at Paul Keating Park will be a unique destination at the heart of Bankstown’s civic precinct.  

A new, modern play space at Paul Keating Park will be a unique destination at the heart of Bankstown’s civic precinct.
Inspired by the community’s ideas, the play area will provide the following features:
  • Hero Play Tower;
  • Amenities building;
  • Water play area;
  • Nature play elements;
  • Hammock and hang out spaces;
  • Additional planting; and
  • Shade structures.
The play area will provide a space that brings fun, exploration and wonder into the daily lives for people of all ages and abilities.
Construction is underway and is due to be completed in July.
