Entry Information - 10 August 2022
  • If you are feeling ill or exhibiting flu-like symptoms, do not enter the facilities.
  • Practising good hygiene is an expectation of all customers i.e. regular washing of hands, use of towels and sanitising equipment, coughing into elbow etc.
  • Physical distancing (1.5mtrs) is to be maintained at all times. If you cannot physically distance please wear a mask.

The ever evolving situation with COVID is continuing to impact our team members and in turn levels of service. 
Each day we are assessing and responding to this situation and endeavouring to provide the best possible experience we can for you. Our Centres and areas within our Centres are impacted directly by staffing levels and to ensure your safety, at times some of our venues or areas within them will be unavailable for periods of time.
We will continue to update this page as well as our Facebook page to keep you informed.
Today the impacts on service are as follows:
Max Parker Leisure & Aquatic Centre will close from 1pm today, 6th January 2022.
Canterbury Leisure & Aquatic Centre's indoor pool will close from 12pm today, 6th January 2022.
We thank you for your ongoing support and patience during this time.



From Wednesday 15 December, proof of vaccination is no longer required to enter our facilities.  In line with the current  Public Health Order, from this date, both vaccinated and unvaccinated members of the public may enter our facilities. 

Our staff will continue to oversee the management  physical distancing within the Centres.

Changes to restrictions include:

  • Showing your vaccination status is no longer required;
  • Masks are no longer mandatory in indoor areas;
  • Check-ins, via the Service NSW QR code, are mandatory for the gym and land-based group fitness classes; and
  • Bookings are no longer required for Group Fitness, Aqua Aerobics or Saunas .
Please remember to:
  • Bring 2 sweat towels with you;
  • Use wipes provided and wipe down any equipment you use.
  • Practice physical distancing at all times;
  • Sanitise your hands using the stations provided; and
  • Be safe and be kind.
