By-laws are being increasingly used to manage waste issues and illegal dumping in apartment blocks.

By-laws can be used to regulate everything from, showing new tenants around the building to recouping costs from illegal dumpers.

To help increase awareness on how to utilise by-laws, the City of Canterbury Bankstown has partnered with strata expert Amanda Farmer to develop a series of template by-laws that can be used to better manage waste issues in your building.

To receive these FREE template valued at over $3,000, complete a request form.

Please note only buildings within the City of Canterbury Bankstown are eligible to receive the free templates.
