Fun session with music focusing on Strength, Balance and Flexibility. Simple and basic exercises, a great way to boost your confidence in getting back to Fitness & Wellbeing. Specifically designed for people who are unsteady on their feet, are concerned about falling or have had a fall.

When: Every Thursday 28 April to 30 June, 10.30-11.30am
